Charles Bell, Esq.
Mr. Bell is a founding partner in the law firm of Bell & Bell, P.A. He earned his Law Degree from the University of Florida in 1996 and also received a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Texas.

Mr. Bell began his legal career as an attorney in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. After serving his country, he continued his litigation career practicing mainly in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. Mr. Bell has appeared in front of numerous south Florida judges advocating for his clients.

A member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Bell is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court. Mr. Bell is also a member of the Federal Bar admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In addition, he is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, he serves as legal advisor to the Vietnamese American Community of South Florida, and he serves as President of the Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter of South Florida.


Brian Bell, Esq.
Mr. Bell is a founding partner in the law firm of Bell & Bell, P.A. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida in 1998, graduating with honors. Mr. Bell earned his Law Degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 2001.

Following graduation, Mr. Bell served as an attorney in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. The majority of his JAG Corps career was as a military prosecutor serving in both South Carolina and the Republic of Korea. In addition to trying cases in military court, he has prosecuted trials in federal court as a Special Assistant United States Attorney. After his federal service, Brian entered private practice and continues litigating on behalf of his clients. He has represented clients in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach Counties.

A member of the Florida Bar, Brian is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court. He is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, Secretary of the North Broward Bar Association and member of the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce.
