Driving Under the Influence (DUI):

If you have recently been arrested for DUI, call an attorney immediately; your driving privilege may be in jeopardy. Your license may be suspended for either six months, 1 year, or 18 months depending on the specific facts of your arrest. If you refused to take a breath test or your breath test was .08 or higher, then your license was most likely confiscated. You have ten days from the date of your arrest to petition for the reinstatement of your driving privileges at a Department of Motor Vehicle review hearing. Bell & Bell, P.A. can apply for, and represent you at the formal review hearing. Additionally, we can represent you at a hardship hearing to petition for your driving privilege on a limited basis.
